We’re back to the grind in September, whether it be with school or summer beach trips winding down. With busier schedules, prepping your meals and snacks ahead of time can be a lifesaver. Set aside an hour of your weekend prepping breakfasts of overnight oats or steel cut oats or lunches consisting of hearty soups and stews. You’ll thank yourself for it when you’re running out the door early in the morning!
