Jessica Edelglass is a registered dietitian providing nutrition counseling services and wellness talks at Waverley Oaks Athletic Club. She works with individuals of all ages and walks of life to discover how they can feel better than ever before by integrating new healthy eating habits that fit their lifestyle and tastes. She will actively engage you in your counseling so that any changes work for you, your family, and your comfort and skill levels.
As a certified RD, Jessica is also a medical nutrition therapy practitioner, which allows her to help individuals with:
high blood pressure
food allergies and intolerance
Jessica holds a Masters degree in Science, with a concentration in Food and Nutrition, as well as a Masters degree in Teaching. She has worked as an educator for nearly fifteen years and also worked as a middle school social studies teacher for five years.
In addition to offering nutritional counseling services, Jessica teaches Les Mills BODYPUMP and BODYCOMBAT classes here at the Club. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and being in her kitchen cooking delicious and nutritious food! Reach Jessica at email@example.com
