6-Week Success Program

We understand the process of getting started on an exercise program can be daunting for many people. It can make you feel overwhelmed and then you never take that first step to becoming active. At Waverley Oaks, we're here to help! 

We are so confident our 6-Week Success Program can get you started on your wellness journey that if you don't WANT TO continue to exercise after the program you can simply stop and there's no further commitment to the Club.

Here's how the program works:

  • Week 1: Complete your Health and Wellness Consultation and begin road mapping your routine
  • Week 2: Functional Movement Screens and Corrective Exercises to focus on
  • Week 3: Personal Training Appointment number one
  • Week 4: Personal Training Appointment number two
  • Week 5: Personal Training Appointment number three
  • Week 6: Program Review and next stage planning

Throughout the program you will have full access to the club including all strength and cardio equipment, the salt-filtered pool and all of the group fitness classes.
