This 6 week group training program is designed to get you ready for all of your favorite Spring Activities.
Participants will learn about and practice customized exercises that will:
Build leg strength for biking/hiking
Focus on core rotations for tennis/golf
Increase back flexibility for swimming
Improve cardiovascular endurance for all activites
Space is limited
Fridays at 9:30am on 3/24, 3/31, 4/7, 4/14, 4/28 and 5/5
Mondays at 9:30am on 3/27, 4/3, 4/10, 4/24, 5/1 and 5/8
This 8 week group training program is designed to help you achieve your weight loss goals. Join a TEAM and learn challenging and fun exercises that you can come back in later in the week so you really accelerate your results!
