This thirty minute class will focus on educating participants about what the CORE really is, what muscles make it up (it's much more than just the abdominals!!!) and how it is the foundation for all human movement. Exercises will be demonstrated and performed that are responsible for lower back pain prevention/recovery, balance, athletic performance and overall quality of life improvement for the all the physical tasks of life one has to perform each and every day.

This one hour class will focus on upper body posture of the cervical and thoracic spine as well as the shoulders and will begin with an assessment of all participants current postural alignment. Stretches and strengthening exercises will be then be demonstrated and performed to address issues such as hunchback, forward head posture, rounded shoulders, balance problems and neck, shoulder and low back discomfort. This demo is designed for anyone but especially for those who sit at a desk for long periods of time each day.

This one hour class will run in a circuit style format in which participants will learn about bodyweight training on the TRX suspension trainer as well other training tools such as stability balls, bands, cables, dumbbells etc. These new training modalities and movements will shake up your workouts by adding some variety and FUN to what you are already doing. Participants will build strength, tone, burn calories and help raise their metabolism through increasing muscle mass-therefore making this style of training perfect for anyone looking to lose weight.

This one hour class will use the format of HITT (high intensity interval training). HITT involves using quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short periods of rest. This type of training quickly elevates the heart rate and helps optimally burn fat as a result; therefore making it ideal for those looking to lose weight. Participants will learn movements and circuits which can be done anywhere, with various pieces of equipment and for various lengths of time.
