Group Cycling Classes

Group Cycling classes provide members at all fitness levels with a non-impact cardio workout that will challenge you to push your personal limit. Creative visualization, high energy music and motivation from the team all around you will have you working harder than you thought you could and you will feel GREAT after class ends! First time riders please come early to learn the proper settings and techniques on the bike. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle.

Class Duration: Express Classes -= 30 Minutes   All other classes - 55 Minutes unless otherwise noted

 

Winter Storm Updates: Waverley Oaks Athletic Club Programs are determined based on the Waltham Public School Schedule. If Waltham Public Schools are Closed or Delayed then all classes at the Club are cancelled through 1pm. The Club will provide updates about afternoon and evening programs later in the day.
