Dumbbells vs Machines
The machines work your major muscle groups with
precision while dumbbells and free weights coordinate
all your muscles to perform the lift. Pick your favorite or
use them both to get the body you desire.


Strengthen and Tone

Use smaller weights to give you the long lean look.
Adding weight to the barbell or increasing the resistance
on a machine will build and define your muscles to their
maximum potential.


Spacious Locations
The workout areas provide a comfortable and efficient
workout space.  Equipment is located in the main workout
room, the mini-gym and the Women’s Only rooms.  Each
area has a broad range of equipment for your use.


Classes

Motivation and fun is the goal in our group strength
training classes and a great way to change up your
workout routine.
