You’re on vacation, we get it, it is your time to relax and enjoy some time off. If you enjoy a little sweat session, even on our time off, here is a short workout you can do while you are away. No equipment needed.
Warm Up:
25 light jumping jacks
Workout: repeat 3 rounds, rest 1 minute between rounds
15 Squat Jumps
15 Reps Reverse Lunge Right Leg
15 Reps Reverse Lunge Left Leg
20 Seconds Plank Jacks (hold plank position and jump feet in and out like a jumping jack)
20 Reps Plank with Shoulder Tap (hold plank position and rotate taping your left hand to right shoulder and right hand to left shoulder)
20 Seconds High Knees
Cool Down:
15 light jumping jacks
Light stretch
