Q: What was your motivation for working with a Personal Trainer here at Waverley Oaks?
A: I am kind of lazy person, so I needed a little bit of a jump start – I lifted weights for years but never really lifted them correctly so I needed some help with that first.
Q: What is/are the most powerful change(s) you’ve seen in your life since working with Scott?
A: How do I put this politely – I’m not a big “fat mass” like I used to be! I’ve developed more muscle tone. Scott wrote me up the perfect program that has been good for me. It made me look better and feel better.
Q: What is the most valuable information you have learned since working with Scott?
A: I have learned how to weight lift properly. When I first started on my own, I would injure myself by doing the wrong things and going about it wrong. Also, before meeting him, I heard that one of Scott’s strengths was training with kettle bells, so I actually didn’t want to train with him because I previously hurt my back using kettle bells, but now I use them with no problems! I can lift with no pain!
