So far, this year has been a major shock to us all. To cope we need to find some solid ground to work from. I’ve personally turned back to meditation and found some help there, but it wasn’t that which helped me most of all. I was looking at things the wrong way and realized that this is a chance for us all to reset and be in the moment.
We need to find our own way and look at this time as an opportunity to build a solid foundation. Disregard what doesn’t matter and find balance.
This is also my training philosophy. I like to look at everything we do, focus on what we’re trying to get out of it, improve upon the foundations, and don’t do things just because that is how they’ve always been done. And of course, breathe.
The same can apply for working out at home. Think about keeping the foundation together- the core muscles, flexibility and balance. Maintaining a daily routine and keeping exercise is important.
By focusing on finding balance and improving upon our vital foundations we can make positive progress in keeping our days structure.
