Educational Lecture Series

Our Team of Personal Trainers are always looking for ways to continue their education to better serve our members. We have linked on with Physical & Occupational Therapy at Massachusetts General Hospital Waltham for an Educational Lecture Series that will continue to equip our Personal Trainers with the necessary knowledge to continue to provide training programs to post-therapy clients – bridging the gap between rehabilitation and independent exercise. During this transition period, clients will continue to restore mobility/functionality, build strength, reduce chronic pain, and receive education on preventing re-injury.

The Educational Lecture Series will initially focus on shoulder, knee, and hip conditions. Future training sessions are planned for later this year to target additional common injury-prone areas.
