This is a balance program for all abilities, progressing at a suitable level to match the individual. With the use of familiar whole body moves broken down into their component parts, this program will help both balance and whole body mobility.
In this program personal trainer Matthew will cover all three planes of motion, all directions, and the value in life of incorporating static, raising, and lowering movements.
Dates and Times: Wednesdays 3pm-4pm and Fridays 11:30am-12:30pm Starting in Mid March

This 5 week program is $225 per person for Waverley Oaks members. This program will have 3-4 participants in the group and will be held in the dedicated small group training space on the lower level to ensure proper spacing for all participants.
