Through regularly meeting with Jessica Roy, I have greatly improved my healthy eating habits via thoughtful meal planning, effective food shopping, informed food and beverage choices, realistic goal setting, and expanding my healthy life choices “toolkit”. All of this has been accomplished with Jessica’s expertise as a licensed dietitian, her excellent listening skills, her sensitive feedback and coaching, her wonderful sense of humor and real perspective on healthy living, and her approachability and genuine commitment to her clients’ successful outcomes. I have met with Jessica in-person at Waverley Oaks Athletic Club and via telehealth. Jessica is always punctual, very energetic and upbeat, a personable and caring coach, and exceptionally kind. I wholeheartedly trust Jessica’s professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and genuine commitment. I have spoken so highly of Jessica that my husband and brother-in-law have also become Jessica’s clients and have lost 30 pounds and 15 pounds, respectively, within a matter of months. Jessica’s knowledge base and wonderful suggestions have had a significant positive impact on our healthy lifestyles. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a professional, licensed dietitian who is truly devoted to her clients’ well-being. Thanks to Jessica, we have consistently met our personal health goals and have established a clear plan for achieving and maintaining weight loss and, most importantly, long-term healthy lifestyle choices. Thank you, Jessica, for being a huge part of our healthier lives. We consider you not only our dietitian but also our friend!

I have been meeting regularly with Jessica Roy for nearly ten months. Not only is Jessica a thoroughly knowledgeable, competent and creative dietitian, she is also a wonderful human being. Because food has always been a fraught subject for me, I greatly appreciate the fact that Jessica is never judgmental. Instead, she listens to my questions and works with me to come up with a variety of reasonable solutions that meet my particular needs. Her expert advice as well as her positive attitude, patience and sense of humor (not to mention the many recipes she’s sent my way) have helped me get through the pandemic. I wholeheartedly recommend Jessica to anyone who could use encouragement to develop healthier eating habits, or needs an excellent dietitian for any reason.

Jessica has been a wonderful resource for me as I work to integrate better food choices into my daily life. I met Jessica at the Waverley Oaks Athletic Club. She knows the science about food and our bodies, but what I really like about her is her professional style. I never found her to be judgmental or restrictive. She asks you questions. She provided me with many substitutes for foods that I like and also skillfully guided me in how to manage hunger cravings and make better snack choices, too. My food shopping and food planning habits have improved. It helps to have a partner when you are trying to create and integrate better habits into your daily life. I recommend you give nutritional counseling with Jessica some consideration, because she can help you with your goals.

Jessica has been meeting with me via telehealth throughout Covid to keep me on track with my nutrition goals. She offers great guidance on how to make long term changes work for you. It is very clear to me that her mission is to empower her patients to make happiness a priority while finding the right balance with food. Really enjoy working with her on my health journey!

I have tried Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig and seen minimal success. I wanted to find a way of eating that focused on cooking at home with whole foods and would allow flexibility to make it fit my own needs. At the end of 2020, I decided I needed to seek a dietician who could help me figure out what I needed to be successful and feel healthier.

Jessica is a great nutritionist! My husband and I were struggling with healthy habits during the pandemic and did not know where to turn. We read Jessica’s reviews online and have been highly impressed! She’s very personable and knowledgeable. She offered us helpful hints that were easy to implement in our day-to-day lives. She is also very easy to work with and sympathetic about life events that affect food choices. Her philosophy is about lifestyle changes, not quick fixes. Since working with Jessica, both my husband and I are down a few pounds and have been making healthier choices. We often find ourselves evaluating our fullness levels before reaching for that second helping, recalling Jessica’s advice. If you are looking for a coach to help you with a healthy lifestyle, Jessica is a wonderful choice!
