Kick start your fitness routine with our 4 week Spring into Fitness Small Group Training Program!
Who is the Spring into Fitness Program for?
- those just returning to the club and/or exercise
- those who have current injuries and/or limitations who want to make sure they get professional guidance on appropriate exercise programming and progression
- those who have been back to the club but aren’t sure they are doing the right things and/or are not seeing results
This program will help participants:
- Safely and properly return to regular exercise
- Get support and dedication attention from one of WOAC fitness professionals
- Get consistency, accountability, motivation and support build a regular routine, have more focused workouts and get better results
- Meet other members and have FUN!
The program kicks off the week of 4/12 with sessions running each week for 3 remaining weeks (4 sessions in total). Additional groups start the week of 4/18.

- Mon 6pm with Jeri
- Weds 9am with Jon
- Weds 4pm with Jeri
- Weds 5pm with Dimitra
- Thurs 6am with Jon
- Fri 8:15am with Dimitra
- Fri 10am with Jon
- Sat 11am with Dimitra
- Sun 2pm with Darren
Cost: $99 per person
This program will have 2-6 participants in the group.
All participants will receive their own copies of the workouts so that they can come back between sessions and after the program is over to continue to see progress and results.
