Descriptions of Fitness Programs:
MX4 – Experience a 30 minute unique small group training program that addresses all four aspects of fitness — cardio, power, strength and endurance. Best-in-class equipment like the Connexus Functional Training System, S-Drive Performance Trainer, Matrix Rower and Krank combine in limitless ways to help you reach your fitness goals.
MX4 Core – A 15 minute core focused training session, developed with the principles of High Intensity Interval Training. 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest, non-stop for the duration of the class. We focus on Core Strength, Power, and Endurance mixed with cardio elements. The exercises are constantly changing keeping your body guessing. Best complimented by a traditional MX4 Class.
True HIIT – HIIT, high intensity interval training, is the most effective form of cardio. It involves working at 85% or above your maximum heart rate for short bursts of time, followed by recovery. This type of training has been known to accelerate fat loss, increase EPOC (excess post oxygen consumption, or the amount of calories burned after the workout) and improve overall fitness levels. And the real beauty is in the fact that true HIIT should only last 30 minutes, which makes it easy to fit into a routine. Note: this form of training is for intermediate to advanced exercisers.
Posture & Alignment – Forget, “Stand up straight!” Relax your shoulders, unclench your jaw, and experience positions and movement that will release stress from your body. Good posture, in exercise and daily movements, improves balance, circulation, digestion, and metabolism. Proper alignment increases lung capacity, core strength while reducing joint pain, injuries, and discomfort. In this series, you will receive a posture analysis, fascia release techniques, and exercises that will improve your flexibility, balance, and movement!
Jump for Joy – Rebounding exercise class: A cardio experience that out of this world! Really…the environment from being on a rebounder will make your body think you are in a place where there is more gravity. The forgiving and elastic nature of the mini trampoline creates a very low impact workout with maximal benefits. This stimulus gives our body no choice but to adapt and become stronger while saving your knees, hips, and other joints! You can’t help but to stand tall and proud in your first few bounces while smiling and feeling good during this class. Intensity varies per individual, but expect to achieve roughly 3 miles equivalent of steps in just 30 minutes without the detrimental impact running and jumping on the ground can have. Come kick your shoes off and jump for joy with Kelsey!
Treadmill Burn – HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style workout utilizing the treadmill. Includes: pushes, pulls and speed intervals. Program Design: 4 week program to help curb the calories. A progressive program which will include a initial and final timed segment
Mom Squad – Focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity
interval training (HIIT) workouts designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes workout homework, accountability, and a supportive community that is with you every step of the way. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.
