Many teenagers seem two fall into two categories when it comes to exercise.
Athletic – participates in sports and other recreational activities on a regular basis. This group will need some guidance as their bodies develop in order to continue to avoid injury and perform at peak levels.
Sedentary – with so many technology options to occupy their time, this group is at high risk for developing bad habits that will lead to health risks down the line in their young adult years.
Our Youth Fitness Certification Program for ages 13-15 was developed to personalize the exercise experience for your child in a way that is beneficial and FUN. After 4 one-on-one appointments with one of our Personal Trainers they will have a program that will make them want to continue with exercise for the long term either here at the Club or wherever they feel comfortable.

*all teenagers ages 13-15 must complete the program prior to using the fitness center or taking group exercise classes on their own regardless if they are with a parent/guardian or not.
